Ingredients:
100g pasta boiled
2 tbsp mayonaise
salt & pepper
chilli flakes
1 carrot (grated)
1/4 cucumber (grated)
Handful lettuce (shredded)
lemon juice
bell peppers finely diced (optional)
boiled eggs diced (optional)
Sweetcorn (optional)
Method:
1. Mix together all the above ingredients.
